VELIKAR has recently realized a Joint-Venture Agreement with AFRILOGISTICS in an effort to provide ‘package services’ to their clientele.

Moreover, they registered “AFRI-VEL (NIG) LTD” consisting of Nigerian – Greek – Italian entities, namely Ralph Emele, Stefanos Kouloumbis and Antonio Giglio.  The scope of the Company is to pursue Shipping – Commercial Operations as well introduce and realize Projects that can be implemented successfully in Nigeria.

VELIKAR also has registered :
 VELIKAR INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD 
to elaborates projects on Shipping and Trading within the West African region.

The TANKER and S&P biz is attended by Stefanos Kouloumbis and Antonio Gilgio.

Stefanos Kouloumbis has an over three (3) decades involvement in the Shipping Industry, having worked in the past with Dominion international Inc., Heracles General Cement (Shpg division), Link Maritime E/S s.a.  – Piraeus and since 1993 running VELIKAR.

Antonio Giglio is a  Captain who has sufficient knowledge of the WAFR market and in particular on the wet cargoes carriage.

The SHIP AGENCY/LOGISTICS/FREIGHT FORWARDING business is attended by Mr. Ralph Emele of AFRILOGISTICS Shipping & Allied Services Limited.who have a JV Agreement with VELIKAR.  He is well known and reputable in the West African Market and with long experience in the Shipping Industry. He is member of UOL (United Ocean Lines) a network of Ship-Agents / Freight Forwarders  worldwide. 

SHIPBUIDING - REPAIRS & CONVERSIONS of ships.  Dry-docking can be arranged in Constanta-Romania or Piraeus-Greece by GreenSeas correspondingly. GreenSeas can attend on dispatching promptly repair "flying squads" to serve the the needs of the Shipping and Petrochemical Industry and can present a remarkable performance record from Oil Majors.

VELIKAR is in the process of extending further their activities with SHIP-MANAGEMENT of tanker units in the WAFR area. 

Has direct liaison with local Charterers and on the basis of the existing JV Agreement with Afrilogistics aims to render competitive and professional package services to it's clientele.
