Captain - Engineers - operators will be from Greece, and will form the structure of the management company in order to render best quality services on the sector and eventually obtain the required majors' approvals from the chosen ship units' operation.

- Convert SH tanker units to DH

3. Ship Evaluation
in respect to construction / operational status for the purpose of reactivation of idling ship tonnage. GreenSeas has special teams that can handle this type of inspection in order to establish which units are most suitable for re-activation / operation so to match the Majors' standards - requirements. Similarly for evaluation of ship tonnage for sale & purchase (SNP) in addition to the Pre-Purchase Inspection Report. At a cost, we can establish whether the price required for an offered for "purchase" ship unit corresponds objectively to it's market value or not. Such service can be further extended for banking Institutions who get involved on the financing of the shipping tonnage.
4. GSIRS - GreenSeas Industrial Repair School
GreenSeas' GSIRS evolved from its internal need to train and certify its workforce for its own deployment needs. In the meantime, its growth as a company and subsequently deployment needs, increased its training requirements thereby better improving methodology to process and certify its men in greater numbers. They have been certifying all of its steel welders with Germanischer Lloyd for years and recently with its expansion into the land based industrial sector, aluminum and stainless steel TIG welders have become the norm. To date, they are one of the large employers of specialized Aluminum and TIG welders in Europe. Since 2005, the concept of GSIRS was established and a mobile training program was implemented. GSIRS can now TRAIN and HAVE CERTIFIED workers from local populations like in West Africa in a weekly school conducted by GSIRS men, at any location where they are deployed. Depending on the training program adopted, we can produce a functional welder, fitter or assistant in as little as 3 months, one capable of handling rudimentary steel applications and uties. Certification of said candidate can be arranged using a variety of options and certification agencies.
